Ingredients:

·         1 cup butter, softened

For the Buttercream Frosting:

·         2 cups unsalted butter, softened

·         6 cups powdered sugar

·         ¼ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

·         Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

·         Grease and line three 8-inch round cake pans.

·         In a medium bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
