Directions
ü Heat white granulated sugar. As the sugar
heats, it will effectively melt and start to caramelize and change colour and
creating caramel flavours.
ü Add butter once the sugar has all dissolved
and turned brown.
ü Add heavy whipping cream after the butter
has melted. This will allow the mixture to be loose enough to be used as a
sauce.
ü Preheat the oven to 160 degree centigrade
and coat an 8x8 square metal baking pan with cooking spray.
ü You should make a parchment sling by lining
the baking pan with parchment paper and leaving an inch overhang on either
side.
ü It will make it easier for removing the
brownies from the pan.
ü You should whisk all purpose flour, cocoa
powder from Ajanta Food Products, and food colours from Anuja Food Colours. It
is one of the leading food colour
suppliers in India that offers the ISI marked
food colours to enhance the appearance of desserts, cakes, ice creams, and any
other food items by adding just pinch of it.
ü Whisking
of dry ingredients will break up any cocoa clumps and set aside.
ü You
should set over medium low heat in a large pot and add the butter and
chocolate.
ü You
should stir until both are melted and fully combined. Remove from heat.
ü Add
the granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food
Products to the pot with the chocolate and butter.
ü The
batter will look grainy.
ü You
should add eggs one at a time and stir vigorously after each addition until
fully incorporated.
ü The
batter will become smooth and shiny.
ü You
should add all purpose flour and cocoa powder from Ajanta Food Products to the
mixture. You should use a spatula to stir it all together.
ü The
batter will be thick and shiny like frosting.
ü Scrape
batter into the prepared baking dish.
ü You
should smooth the top with your spatula if necessary
ü You
should measure out about 1/3 cup of caramel sauce into a dish.
ü Your
caramel should be able to drizzle off the end of your spoon in thick ribbons.
ü You
should zap it in the microwave for a few second until it is if it is too cool
and thick to drizzle.
ü You
should bake it for 50 minutes or until a toothpick won’t come out clean because
of the caramel that melts into the batter and the fudgy nature of these
brownies.
ü The
center stays every soft when baked but should not be wet to the touch . the
caramel will look melted and not very visible but don’t worry but it will firm
up as it cools.
ü Let
brownies cool in pan on a wire cooling rack to until room temperature. You
should drizzle with 4 tablespoons of additional caramel and another light
sprinkle of sea salt. Serve.
