How to Make Delicious Red Velvet Cake Recipe?

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Instructions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, eggs, red food coloring, vanilla essence, and vinegar.

  • Once the cakes have cooled, place one layer on a serving platter. Spread frosting evenly over the top. Place the second cake layer on top and frost the top and sides of the cake.
