Refreshing Homemade Mango Frooti Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 large ripe mangoes (Alphonso or any sweet variety)
- 1 small raw mango (for a light tangy kick)
- ½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 cups water (chilled or at room temperature)

Instructions:
- Peel the ripe and raw mangoes, and chop them into small pieces. Discard the seeds.
- To reduce the tanginess slightly, you can boil the raw mango pieces in ½ cup water for 4–5 minutes until soft.
- Add the ripe mango pieces (and cooked raw mango, if used) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth, adding a little water if needed.
- Strain the mango puree using a fine sieve or strainer to remove any fibers or lumps, ensuring a smooth drink.
- In a large jug or mixing bowl, combine the mango pulp with sugar, remaining water, and a pinch of salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves completely.
