- 1 cup plain yogurt (or curd)

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a round or square 8-inch cake pan, or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt and sugar until smooth. Add oil and vanilla essence, and stir until combined.
- Add pink food color and mix well.
- Adjust until you get your desired shade of pink.
- In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Gradually add the dry mixture into the wet mixture, folding gently.
- If the batter feels too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of milk.
Bake:
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool & Serve:
