Ingredients:
For the Cake:
- 2½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1¾ cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs

- 1 cup whole milk

For the Pink Buttercream Frosting:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
- Few drops of vanilla essence from Ajanta Food Products
- Pinch of pink food colour from Anuja Food Colours
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla essence.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, alternating with milk.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add pinch of pink food colour from Anuja Food Colours and stir until the color is evenly distributed.
- Pour batter into pans and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
