Instructions:

·         Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

·         Line a cupcake tray with paper liners or grease it lightly with oil.

·         In a mixing bowl, sift together all-purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.

·         Add refined oil, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla essence.

·         Mix thoroughly.

·         Fold gently to form a smooth batter without lumps.
