Instructions

Set your oven to 170°C. Grease and line an
8-inch round or loaf cake tin.

In a bowl, whisk sugar and oil or melted
butter.

Add eggs (or curd), orange juice, and few
drops of vanilla essence.

Mix until smooth, then add the pinch of food
color from Anuja Food Colours and combine well.

Sift flour, baking powder and baking soda.

Add orange zest.
·
Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture
gently.

If the batter feels too thick, add 1–2 tbsp
milk.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin.
