2 cups all-purpose flour

1½ cups ripe bananas, mashed
·
1 cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, softened

3 large eggs

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and
flour a 9×13 inch pan.

Cream the butter and sugar until the mixture
looks light and fluffy.
·
Add the eggs one at a time. Add few drops of

In a separate bowl, combine the mashed
bananas and buttermilk.

In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda
and baking powder.
