Banana Burst Cake Recipe

Ingredients

·         2 cups all-purpose flour

·         1½ cups ripe bananas, mashed

·         1 cup granulated sugar

·         ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

·         3 large eggs

Instructions:

·         Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13 inch pan.

·         Cream the butter and sugar until the mixture looks light and fluffy.

·         Add the eggs one at a time. Add few drops of vanilla essence from Ajanta Food Products.

·         In a separate bowl, combine the mashed bananas and buttermilk.

·         In another bowl, whisk the flour, baking soda and baking powder.

·         Add the dry mixture to the wet mixture in batches, alternating with the banana mixture. Mix gently until combined.

·         Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. A toothpick should come out clean when the cake is done.

·         Let the cake cool in the pan for ten minutes, then move it to a rack.
