cup of whipping cream

Instructions
• Start
by preheating your oven to 170C.
•
Grease 8 inch baking tin and line it with
parchment.
•
In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and baking
soda.
•
Set it aside.
•
In another bowl, blend the mango pulp, oil,
sugar, and vanilla essence until smooth.
•
If you want a brighter shade, mix in the food
color at this stage so it spreads evenly.

Add the eggs one at a time or add curd if you
are making the eggless version.
•
Stir until the mixture looks uniform.
•
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture in
two batches.
