1 cup whipping cream
·
2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Methods

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C.

Grease and line a round cake tin.
·
In a mixing bowl, sift together flour, cocoa
powder, baking powder, and baking soda.

In another bowl, combine powdered sugar, oil,
milk, vanilla essence, and vinegar.

Mix well until smooth.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet
mixture.

Stir gently to form a lump free batter.
