Method for Pink Cake
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line two 8-inch round cake tins.
- In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder. Keep aside.
- In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla essence.
- Add the dry ingredients in parts, alternating with milk.
- Mix gently until smooth.
