For the Cupcakes:

·         1½ cups all-purpose flour

·         1 cup powdered sugar

·         ½ cup butter (softened)

·         2 eggs

·         ½ cup milk

Method

·         Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a cupcake tray with liners.

·         In a bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.

·         Add eggs one at a time and mix well.
