- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup milk
- 2 eggs

For the Cream
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Few drops of vanilla essence
- Pineapple pieces for decoration
How to Make Pineapple Cake?
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. In a bowl, cream the butter and powdered sugar until light and smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time and mix well.
- Add vanilla essence and yellow food color.
- Sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Add milk and pineapple juice and gently mix until you get a smooth batter.
- Fold in the chopped pineapple pieces.
- Grease a cake tin and pour the batter into it.
- Bake for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the centre comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool completely before decorating.
- Whip the cream with powdered sugar and vanilla essence until it becomes light and fluffy.
- Keep it refrigerated until ready to use.
- Cut the cooled cake horizontally into two layers.
- Spread whipped cream and pineapple pieces between the layers.
- Cover the top and sides with cream.
